- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is really a case by case scenario and impossible to generalize. The factors to consider for pricing are the following. Locations, travel, crew size, length of final product, type of video being created and other elements. Productions are always bid by a flat rate depending on crew size needed. Editing is hourly and averaged out in total estimated hours to give bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call them to verify that we are going to be a good fit and that I am able to achieve their goals. I learn this info by asking them a series of questions that will help define the project and enable me to provide an honest bid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years experience in the Video marketing world. I also went to Madison College for Digitial Media Marketing.
