Commission is negotiable and in our area, always paid by the seller.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I have found works best is if you are buying a home, we meet for coffee. This informal chat allows us to get to know each other and allows me to get a thorough understanding of your wants, needs and goals. If you are selling a home it is best if I can see it. That way, I can give you an accurate estimate of what your home is worth and discuss the best strategies on how we can get top dollar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After graduating college with a degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication I first got into the real estate business in a marketing and technology role. From there, I was a consultant, recruiter and trainer and taught real estate agents how to get their business setup and running. I later transitioned into full time sales where I put my knowledge and teaching into practice to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
