Platinum relocations sales manager was very cordial, professional and accommodating. I had a last minute move request, with a lot of furniture and no time to do it myself. Michael helped coordinate for everything including great pricing, climate controlled storage, and all in less then an hour. The movers were professional and worked fast but safely. I would hire them again, and recommend them to others. However 4 out of 5 because they left some material at my house in the kitchen, and caused some dents and dings on the corner of some of the heavier furniture! But that's expected when your moving and time is of the essence. All in all would hire again because of quality and safety assurance.

Scott and Steven were fantastic, they worked very hard and got everything done in plenty of time with short notice. They even helped assemble furniture! We appreciate the great job. My only suggestion is that if a 3 person crew is requested and agreed upon prior, the company should let you know ahead of time (when you call to pay because they require a deposit prior to sending a crew) that only 2 people will be able to make it.
