- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Down payments are due at time of meeting to secure their date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a meet and greet to get an idea of that they are looking for, typically takes about 2 hours or so. Once we have agreed on what needs to be done, if I can provide the services they need a contract is signed along with a down payment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a teenager I loved to go to themed parties and so I wanted to do that for myself and close friends as well. I began to throw parties for my birthdays and continued on over the years. Some friends asked if I can plan their parties as well and now I have decided it’s time to make something of my work and so I am making a career out of it, I am my craftiness and organizational skills to plan event of all sorts.
