- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical IT support services are $50 an hour for On-Site Support which includes things such as Computer check up, Virus Removal, Hard Drive replacements, and much more. If the customer prefer project pricing I can offer that as well depending on the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out to me I make it our priority to understand the work and what he/she expect from me. I will summarize the work so the customer and I are on the same page. After the agreement is made we will set a date for us to come out and complete the service. KnowIT is highly devoted to customer service and ensures that each customer is satisfied about the work we completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master degree in Computer science and Amazon AWS certification SA Associate certification. Currently I am working full time as a team lead deploying Cloud systems at one of the biggest operators in US.
