Introduction: I take the time to explain what was done to correct the problem, assisting client in recording notes so they are able to self correct problem if it happens again thus saving client time and money. But more important in doing this I would be helping to educate and empower the client.
Teaching clients is the best part of my business. Another aspect that I personally enjoy is the challenge and learning curve on my part when I am faced with new problems to be addressed,

I like to play games on my tablet and I was having problems with it and I tried to fix it myself and after about hour I called Mary at angelslink and she had it fixed in about 10 minutes. Outstanding job and I would recommend her to my friends and family.
