- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a square-foot price for whatever there project is.like tear out and replace or new concrete is s all based on what type of work it is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to schedule a time when I can stop by and see exactly there project is. I always shake there hand as I introduce my self , I give a business card and ask if they are a veteran or senior citizen and tell them about my discount that is on my business card. Then after talking and listen to what they want , I'll measure up there project and write a estimate for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my education is hands on.Learning from some of the best concrete people that were doing concrete work I worked beside these people for many years, I believe that those years is where my education came from . a lot of them have passed away but I remember what they taught me , and I use it everyday.
