Anthony at Rose City Home Inspections, LLC was great to work with, he helped us through some questionable items in our older Portland home. Great home inspection and would recommend to anyone.Dec 23, 2017
Anthony at Rose City Home Inspections was awesome to work with, he went way beyond want I would expect from an inspector. But he made us feel confident in our purchase but also gave us helpful information on our home. He even gave us a book to help with maintenance and a housewarming gift. A+Nov 27, 2017

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have worked in and around real estate for 20+ years and was trained by agents on speaking with and handling clients during the buying and selling process. I have also been working in general contracting and building for many years and gained a deep understanding of residential building practices. I believe this give me a unique understanding of the buyers during this period and it allows me to help educate as well as inspect your new home.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? When you speak to an inspector, you should feel confident in their ability to do a professional inspection, but I believe you need to feel like they are truly looking out for your best interests. Our role as inspectors is to see, test, report. I think an inspection should provide an education on your new home, it should give you confidence with your purchase, and you should walk away ready for closing.
