- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our work is flat fee pricing. We charge a $25 diagnostic fee which is refundable if you decide to utilize our services. Our price to clean clean and optimize a typical PC desktop is $65. Tablets, Laptops, Apple products, Smartphones Etc, vary in prices due to complexity and availability of parts. Details of our services can be viewed on USEZTECH.COM
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to my customers so that I can determine what the issue may be before I run diagnostic software on the PC to determine if there are any hardware problems. Once I confirm that the hardware is functional, I start to focus on software problems like, Virus infections, Corrupt Operating System, Third party software like McAfee, Norton, Etc. My experience working at multiple call centers as a Microsoft Support Professional has allowed me to successfully evaluate and troubleshoot problems over the phone. Following the testing, Upon completion of running a full diagnostics, I will contact the customer to discuss repair options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a Microsoft and Yahoo Tech Support professional, I am CompTIA Certified, which covers maintenance of PC's, Mobile Devices, Laptops, Operating Systems, Printers, and much more. Aside from his extensive training, I have taught the CompTIA A+ and Net+ Certification courses. I was also involved in the installation and maintenance of Raytheon's Secure Local Area Network (LAN) at all three sites in Tucson. Verification available via USEZTECH.COM
