- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing model is a $25.00 sitting fee, and $2.00 per individual image. My price does not include physical prints or framing options that the customer chooses for the images in their gallery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My service begins with a free consultation to discuss a plan for your project, we can then move to scheduling a date and time for our photo shoot. Afterwards I provide a link to your gallery where you can subsequently order prints or download your images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self educated Photographer and a Customer Service pro. While I do not have a Photographic Portfolio of professional work, I provide the highest standard of service to my Customer, I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee of my work.
