Ricardo came out as requested and on time to give us a quote. After talking to a number of roofers we felt most comfortable going with Ricardo. He was fairly priced and thorough in his description of the scope of work. He was accommodating to our schedule, showed up on time, worked on the days he said he'd work, and finished on time. Our roof looks great and while we are not professionals we feel very pleased with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to recommend Ricardo to anyone who asks. I requested three quotes and all three contractors described in detail what was needed to get my roof done. Quotes were closed in price but chose Improved Roofing of AZ because Mr. Flores was the only one who took the time to speak with me and explain how he was addressing the problem areas (took photos of the sections in need of repairs) and recommendations for maintaining the roof in good shape. I will use this contractor for any future needs and highly recommend him.
