- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike most Private Investigators, CriterionPI does not charge expensive retainers up front. We charge a low hourly rate and you only pay for the services that you need. All of our Investigators are vetted and top-ranked licensed professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an interview to determine what type of case it is and exactly what results need to be achieved. Once we have a complete understanding of your case we will draft an engagement letter that clearly defines the scope of work, our rates and our relationship. Once you've signed off on that we'll email you an invoice which you can pay right from the email. The case will then be assigned to an investigator that specializes in your type of case. Once completed, you will receive a report detailing all the specifics of the investigation and all deliverables (pics, video, evidence & case activity).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our investigators have been highly vetted by CriterionPI prior to joining our extensive list of operators. Each is a licensed & bonded professional that is top-ranked in their are of expertise. Most of our investigators have a background in high-level law enforcement, special ops or Intel.
