- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for repeat customers and also for those who book 3 or more lessons in advance and show up to their lessons. There is a cancellation fee of half of the price of the lesson for any computer lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically contact the customer and discuss what their specific needs are and how I can best meet those needs. After that, we discuss prices and my recommendations. The customer can then decide if they want to set up an appointment or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working toward my Bachelor's of Science in Management Information Systems and minor in Cyber Security.
