- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are reasonable. I accept cash, check, credit cards and Paypal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with the new customer in person in order to meet the pets I will be taking care of and learn about any instructions the customer has for me. I am happy to speak over the phone, although I will also meet at their home at least one time prior to taking care of their pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a current pet first aid and CPR certificate. I also belong to a group of local professional pet sitters.
