- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have an hourly rate of $80 that I charge with a minimum service call being 1 hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an understanding of the issue they are encountering then I like to explain to them their options and the means for how to resolve the issue. I also like to provide customers ways for best practices and how to avoid similar problems in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 separate Associate degrees in 3 different computer fields that I have completed. Apart from the education, I have over 20 years of job experience/personal computer experience.
