- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer several different packages designed to accomodate any goal, budget or lifestyle. All packages include a custom, individualized nutriton plan, regular body stat checks, and unlimited group exercise classes at Charter Fitness. Average package per session rate = $37
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for any new client is extremely professional. Before you decide or select any package I conduct a free consultation and goal assesment profile. Once we converse over your specific goal set, I will explain to you the type of exercise and nutrition protocols that would be best suited for your goals and then select the right package for your goals, budget and lifestyle. Once you sign up for a transformation package we will make a custom individual mealplan together so that it is sure to work for you not against you. After the meal plan our first workout will consist of a simple physical mobility assesment and some basic instruction on proper and safe warm up techniques. Once the basics are covered we will begin designing and implementing a custom workout plan based on YOUR specific needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
No matter who ends up helping you on your fitness journey, make sure they are interested in teaching you things about exercise and nutrition that are SPECIFIC TO YOUR GOALS! Everybody's goal is different so the work to get you there should be different.
