- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees fluctuate to their specific needs of my clients. I offer discounts to return clients of $25 off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet, discuss their needs and how best I can help accomplish the tasks at hand. I require a deposit once the event is booked in the calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. I am fully apprised in all aspects of events.
