Great for the price. Others were higher. Mr. Church was honest, transparent, and very detailed. Tommy arrived on time the day to complete the work. He was efficient, friendly, and knew his stuff. He even offered to provide me advice on a totally unrelated issue. The entire experience was great. I will definitely be contacting them to get control of a mosquito issue I have every summer. Thanks again.

I had wild life in my attic and needed someone who was available quickly. I called several Exterminators that advertised they worked with wild life but when I contacted them they really didn’t have the licenses needed to do the work. Then I found Back Bay Pest & Mosquito. They had the needed licenses and were able to come out the next day. The person that came the first day was very through and professional he was able to tell me we had flying squirrels and where they were coming in from and what they could do to help me. He drafted a professional line item quote and the cost was very reasonable. He explained the process and we agreed on the plan of action.

Owner pleasant..arrived 45min after call..He is kind n humble; with a mix of Billy the exterminator..I'm so glad Terminix couldn't take my call .. I'm so Grateful to have met Jacob..
