This was my third cruise. The first two I booked on my own and had so many issues. One of my issue was with the flight I chose my last trip. I used expedia. That website didn't tell me that my trip had such a long layover time. Mrs Crawford made sure that I knew how long my flights were, picked the shortest layover time for me. Even with it being a few extra bucks that short layover time was well worth it. Made sure we got there just in enough time to get to the port of Miami early and get checked in to our boat. Now it was not included in our package because the ship airport to port transfers were high. She told us that and we didn't use it. However she went out of her way to find us a shuttle that was offered locally that she made no commission on and booked it for us. That right there made using her service well worth it. I will use her services again and again. Thanks so much Mrs Crawford. Superb Service!!
