Hired on Thumbtack

This guy is a fraud. He has no license, would not provide license when asked. He doesn't even work for Terminix. Hire at your own risk. During our conversation he claimed to be 3 different people. The name James Haugh is the president of the company and doesn't even live in the state. He then said that he was another person and provided a expired license, then said that he is the regional manager and isn't required to have a license.

Kaitlyn, my name is James (Jamie) Haugh and I handle the sales and marketing for Terminix company of North Carolina and southeast Virginia. We are a franchise of Terminix International, operating in eastern North Carolina and the Hampton Roads market of Virginia. I set up our thumbtack account from our headquarters in Fayetteville, NC so we could centrally monitor the credits and management of the profile and settings. The process can be confusing given the activation process, and corresponding customer interaction - especially for a company that operates with multiple employees in many different markets. Stated that I had a "rat infestation" got a second opinion and was told not even one rat dropping was in my attic! We set traps anyway, weeks later not one rat was caught! Do not trust them

We we have over 30 different services dealing with pest control, termite control, moisture management, and wildlife control with clean up. We have a standard pricing system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will quote over thumbtack standard services. Many of our services require measurement and or inspection. Inspections that do not require a WDIR for a lender are always free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed with the state of Virginia and North Carolina for structural pest control, wood damaging insects, and wildlife. We also have two entemologists on staff.
