- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer schedules the appointment a technician will show up and do an overall inspection of your indoor and outdoor unit to figure out any issues from there we sit down with the customer and converse about pricing and different approaches on your unit from there if you choose to get it fixed that day we will not charge a diagnostic fee if you choose to get it fixed through us but not that day we would charge you the diagnostic fee but deduct that from your final bill
