Did a half-way job...skipped dining room altogether. Complained about the size of the house even though we only wanted the 1st floor dusted. Would not attempt the bookcase. Did not dust anything that she couldn't reach while standing on the floor. She did ok in bathrooms, but if you don't stay with her and watch,she will skip things until you notice. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I have them walk me through there home and tell me the things they generally like done and areas in the home that they like special details done. i lije to get to know what that family likes particularly so i can adjust to there way and their schedule. And make sure I'm in their budget and if not we make it work for both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been running this business for over 10 yrs I've learned through the process and have acquired different techniques and details to my cleaning that make it unique and stand out!
