Introduction: I have been a Personal trainer for over 25 years. I have worked with many different ages of clients with many different goals. I truly believe consistency over time is the best way to reach your goals. Fitness training does not have to be hard and you don't have to kill yourself you just need to be consistent. Balanced eating, balanced exercise will help to create a balanced life. I love seeing the people I train get stronger and fitter as time goes on. In the over 50 fitness training seems to help improve their brains as well as their bodies.

I have been working out with Laurie for many years. She has a great understanding of my personal needs as far as strengthening my body in the best ways possible. She is very good at tailoring my workout for what I need.

I have been working out with Laurie for many years. She is extremely knowledgeable, changes things up, and challenges me just the right amount! She really personalizes everyone's workout. She has kept me fit even working around injuries from skiing etc. Highly recommend her!

I've worked with Laurie for many years initially to get in shape for a biking trip in Italy. Since that trip she's helped me with training after long breaks, knee surgery and more. Laurie works equally well with young athletes working to improve their game or sport, to thirty-somethings keeping their weekend warrior status to seniors who want to remain active. She is very good at adapting to an individual's strengths or limitations and keeps the work-outs interesting. She has a lot of experience which tells her when to push and when to back off. I recommend Laurie wholeheartedly to anyone looking to get, or stay, in shape.

I have worked with Laurie for about 10 years; both as a private student and as in student in class settings. The amazing part about Laure's ability is she gets to know you regardless of the class situation and give you personal advise and suggestions on making the exercise less or more challenging. Her years of experience and expertise make your workout what your physical/mental day is manifesting itself into. I always feel a whole lot better with a dose of Laurie in the morning!

Laurie has been my trainer for over ten years. Her positive attitude toward life always makes me feel good. She knows the body, and when I have had an injury, she suggests a safe way to continue exercising without causing further problems. She is a professional with years of experience as a trainer. I am 74, with good balance. I feel strong with lots of energy. Part of that is definitely having Laurie in my life.
