Introduction: Besides being a Internachi Certified Home Inspector I am also a active R.I. registered and insured general contractor. I specialize in remodeling homes, bathrooms, kitchens, general repairs and updating. I also have successfully flipped over a dozen homes many which have had major transformations so I understand the buying process start to finish. My hands on home remodeling business provides me with a different type of knowledge than that which is learned from any book or class and the Realtors I currently work with along with my previous customers have found this to be very beneficial. I have a beautiful new bathroom that I am going to love! The original (about 65 years) grey & black tile was removed from the floor and walls, the tub was removed. The vanity and medicine chest w/lights are history. In their place I have a walk-in tiled shower where the tub used to be. I have grab bars (that double as towel rods), and four small corner shelves for soap, shampoo, and my rubber ducky. ;) The rest of the room was retiled part way, painted the rest of the way. New lights were installed; switches and outlets were moved to better locations. I have a spacious vanity and a great new medicine chest which blends beautifully with the rest of the room. The attention to detail that Jason displayed was exceptional. His workmanship can't be beat. (cleaned up after himself, too.)

Soo professional! Demo in 2 hours. New cabinets, appliances installed by day 3. Just waiting for granite. Best part was he put back my old and sink until granite is done. I was only without my kitchen for 4 days. Jay goes above and beyond to satisfy any of your issues. Very reasonable rates. A lot less than you would think, and so very fast. Like you see on tv. Snap your fingers, and it's done. Can't wait to see the finished product once granite is in. Would deffinately recommend him, him again.
