- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per session 45 minutes to an hour or 30 min sessions. packages are 8, 10, 12 and 16 sessions. The workout is free a basic assessment and 30 min workout
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to complete and assessment to make sure I'm providing the appropriate workout and nutrition program. It also gives the customer and opportunity to see if we work well together. It's important for the customer to have a relationship with the training it builds Trust that the training has the customers best interest and it's not about money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this business over 15 years I've worked extensively in gyms, owned a Home Fitness business and initiated a Fitness and Wellness program with Springfield College Tampa Campus. Security certifications and I'm currently working on NASAM. I'm a well-rounded trainer with lots of experience in the ability to work with younger people as well as fit over 40 crowd. I competed in bodybuilding in Tampered with powerlifting.
