Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I started swimming competitively at the age of 8 years. Now I swim for Howard University, a Division 1 program. I started coaching through Special Olympics (swimming of course) and continued to also do private lessons and coach a summer league team two years in a row. I have been seriously coaching for the last 3 years, and before that I was just a volunteer. I love to swim. I've been around water my entire life and I think it's important to build others' confidence in the water. Swimming is not just a sport for me, it's a way of life. Builds both the mind and the body. It's an activity like to other; anyone of any age or experience can swim.

Marina worked with me with the Kent Island Yacht Club Swim Team as a swim coach. She worked with experienced swimmers as well as swimmers still developing at every level. Marina is great with children and can work with a child that is at any level. Marina is one of the few instructors that not only teaches children how to swim but also works on all four strokes. You can count on a wonderful lesson and experience.

I am a novice swimmer at 55years young. I was a little anxious about finding a teacher who has the patience, skills and talent to help me gain the confidence I needed so I could add swimming laps into my workout routines. Marina is a gem! She shared her expertise of swim strokes, postures, breathing that I am now confident and can swim laps with ease! AND....I found that I love to swim!! Marina is a leader, a coach and a patient and kind listener. A natural teacher! I am now joining a swim team for seniors! Thank you Marina you made swimming fun!

I watched Marina teaching group of 5-6 year-olds. She was patient and was able to keep the children focused. their skills progressed a lot over the course of summer. I also observed Marina training and interacting with the athletes training for Special Olympics. For one athlete she improved his butterfly so much that he out-lapped everybody effortlessly. marina also tough my 3-year old son. She offered encouragement and positive feedback and at the same time worked on his backstroke technique. I would highly recommend Marina as a swim coach for all age groups and levels/abilities.
