- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process involves: -1st initial Contact -Set up Date for Consultation Appointment -Meet Client and get information about the type of event, ideas, date of event, etc. -Work on figures for event -If okay w/ client Write up contract (deposit is require prior to work begin) -Client has a 7 DAY GRACE Period once they receive Contract (changes, op-out) -Get client's signature on Contract, Planner then signs and gives client a copy -Receive deposit from client -Planner begins Work on event
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Management. I have Over 10 years experience planning events. (2006-2017) I have 3 years experience as BRIDAL HOSTESS for Martin's Crosswind, a catering business. (2005-2008)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I noticed my passion for planning special events for people back while working as a Bridal Hostess at a Local Catering Business and shortly after I decided to start my own event planning business.
