- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work within the client's budget to ensure that we are all comfortable. There is no "one size fits all" so I'll work with you to create delicious, high-quality menus with optional wine pairings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we should do is hop on a quick call and introduce ourselves. I think it's key to the working relationship to make sure we're comfortable with each other and set the expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been passionate about food and wine since the beginning of time. Wine journals with amateur tasting notes date back decades. For the last 2 and half years, I've been working in the retail side, selling amazing wines from all over the world. I am also a certified Level 1 Introductory Sommelier.
