Introduction: I enjoy being a part of positive life change; seeing people reach new levels of growth, pushing past everything they thought they knew. I love to encourage, challenge and strengthen hearts, minds and bodies. My desire is that people will view health and wellness as more than simply healthy eating and exercising. I would like a mind-shift to take place that it may be viewed as fulfillment, self-love, stress-release, dedication and character building. In training sessions, strive to create atmospheres where failure is okay, but pushing past it is vital. My goal is to lead people to fall in love with not only their bodies, but themselves as well, due to the excellence they will achieve. Are you up for the journey?
