I received an email the morning after appointment stating they were sorry I was interested in their windows before I had even received quote or rating information I had requested. Sure turned me off to them then. Email was from owner. Maybe he needs to know what is going on first.

Sorry that email came across that way, Marsha. That's not how it was intended. It's an automatic email from our corporate office in Minnesota, asking for feedback on the appointment. I too wish those automatic emails could be turned off! So we could make sure locally we are communicating with you in the right manner. I'll follow up on where we are with your quote. We get to know our customers current issues with their windows and doors, understand their style preferences and goals for energy efficiency and window cleaning. Then we measure their windows and provide a written estimate. We serve customers through out Central Iowa!
