- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies in every scenario. What really comes into play is the material I'm going to be working with (Plaster/Sheetrock/brick) when mounting TV's. Most jobs will be set as a fixed price. I'm able to work after 3:30 on weekdays, and anytime on Saturdays and Sundays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief phone call to introduce myself is how I approach my customers. From there, the customer will give me a brief summary of the work that needs to be done. Then, if I feel is needed, a survey will be taken before I gain materials for the job. We'll agree on the day for the job to be finished from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in the cable industry as a technician/cable installer. I recently graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with an electrical background. I've been apprenticing in the electrical field as part time work.
