- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our regular hourly rate for surveillance starts from $85.00/hr & 0.65/mile. Our flat rate fee is $850.00 per eight hours on site, which includes up to one hour of travel time & 100 miles, Steno, Investigation report, DVD
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when we get hired by a new customer or client, a phone conversation is needed, to find out their exact needs. We then email the customer/client a two page questioners, which we will get more details about their case and subject. Thereafter, a contract is setup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Area of Investigation Experience Since 1986, I have been conducting numerous types of investigations, specializing in difficult surveillance cases. Over the past 24 years, I have primarily been involved in insurance fraud, high profile celebrity cases, loss prevention, theft, matrimonial investigations: Infidelity, divorce, child custody issues, and domestic-related files. Shortly after, I realized private investigation was going to be my chosen occupation. After several years of experience, I set myself apart from other seasoned investigators by proving time after time to clients, no matter what the circumstances were, outstanding results and video evidence were provided. Over the years of being in this type of profession, I have successfully completed well over a thousand surveillance cases. As a result, I can be described as a top-notch skilled investigator, dedicated to cases and our clients. Education In 1991, I obtained my Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, while working in the field of investigations as a full time investigator and have continued in full force since then. In 1995, I also owned & operated a clothing manufacturing business in the garment district of down town Los Angeles, while continuing the Private Investigation filed. This is where my experiences and expertise in Trademark Investigation, such as involving the counterfeiting of protected products and the unlawful use of trademarks, copyrighted materials and other intellectual Property Rights became useful. The difference among other investigators As we all know, there are numerous investigators in southern California area and know of only a few dozen of them who surpass, and get results in the field of surveillance. Since being an experienced expert in surveillance, we have utilized the latest equipments available in our industry. However, as we all know, there is no real substitute for an experienced and seasoned skilled investigator. Over the years, we have put together a small team of surveillance professionals, which they work side to side with us on the most difficult assignments when multiple investigators are required.
