Introduction: I have extensive experience as a chef in practically every type of venue and cuisine. In addition to honing my cooking and presentation skills, my years of experience have helped me to be resourceful and adaptable to my clients' needs.
My clients love that I have a vast and ever expanding repertoire, my willingness to cater to their particular desires, and the care I bring to all my work...and of course, how delicious and appealing my food is!
I am classically French trained, with many years of high end restaurant and catering experience in New York City and Philadelphia. I also have considerable expertise in a number of ethnic cuisines including Indian, Mexican and Asian cuisines.
I also have extensive knowledge of special diets, such as gluten free and Keto, and can accommodate virtually any dietary needs. I have a large repertoire of Vegetarian and Vegan options. Many of my clients are working on health goals and my services help them attain them.
At this time, I have space for one weekly client and am also available for individual events such as dinner parties and brunches,
