We installed a wooden fence at various places within the property. The crew was very aware of one area that housed my gas, ATT and electric lines along with my sprinkler, pool pump and sewer plumbing. We had to modify from the original plans to avoid any breakage in the utilities and plumbing. Everything went smoothly.

We got a little half bathroom tiled. The worker did a really good job, but we had issues getting them to the job.
When MT General Services/Besa Holdings was scheduled to come they got in a car accident which I wasn't notified of until 5 hours after our appointment. This is after me leaving multiple phone calls, texts, emails, and thumbtack messages. Instead of rescheduling right away I was told "we are booked for the next 4 days." I thought that was pretty strange seeing how they didn't even try to squeeze me in at any other time or day.
On the new scheduled date they showed up 2 hours late.
I was originally told over the phone that my quote was including tax... but for all my trouble I was offered a 10% discount, on top of tax... so I ended up paying 4% less than expected.
So, it was a bad experience with good results. If you want to get the job done nicely and affordably I say "go with MT General Services". Just don't expect them to have amazing customer service.

The guys were great, they came over and quoted me gave me a full picture and several options to choose from rather than imposing their ways like others did.
Everything was clear and the invoice was very specific in knew exactly what i was getting. They helped me find good quality cost effective materials exactly within my prefferences and most importantly they delivered beyond expectation.
They were super professional, respectful to my family and property, they arrived on time, did the work and even better they didnt leave a mess behind.
I am very pleased and will deffinetely call them again for my next project.
