- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will sit with you in person or on the phone for your initial consultation for free. We want you to make a decision that is appropriate for you and your family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has over thirty-five years of experience in the military, law enforcement, security and private investigations. During his military and law enforcement career, he served as a police trainer, sergeant, and lieutenant. The investigators at Richard Root Investigations have conducted thousands of investigations. Additionally, Our owner currently serves as the President of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators, FALI. FALI is the 2nd largest Private Investigator association in the country.
