- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
30 min dog walks -- $20 Personalized Doggie Day Care -- $40 for up to 8 hours. Dog Boarding --$50 a night for first dog $20 per additional dog NOTE: All Law Enforcement and Military personnel receive $10% off all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am new to the Thumbtack site so I am learning how the site works. I like to open the lines of communication and find out what my client needs and how I can beat go about meeting those needs. I like to do a "meet and greet" so that the adults and the pups can all meet each and acquaint themselves with one another. From there, any questions can be answered and fees and payments can be discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have spent over 15 years learning training techniques from vets, dog psychologist and dog trainers. We have worked worked with many different Rescue organizations. My husband and I have over 30 years experience including owning our own dogs. My husband and I used to work at vet clinics volunteering when we were younger.
