- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?free consulation, first three sessions 60.00. this way you can see my professionalism without buying a package, after the three, if you like my training. single sessions are 40.00 each, five sessions for 35.00 each, ten sessions for 30.00 each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer a free consultation to all who are interested. In this free consultation we will: -Tour the facility in which you and I will typically be training. -Discuss any health or dietary concerns you may have. -Discuss your fitness goals and how we will work to achieve them together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified to be both a Personal and Group fitness trainer through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). I have studied Nutrition at Schoolcraft College. I am also AED/CPR certified. In this field, it is important to be “book smart” and to be able to follow through with that knowledge, and that is what I can do. I believe that with the experience and knowledge I have gained over the years, we can create something that will truly work for you.
