- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing covers the cost of the best quality materials and accessories available, as well as professional installation, prompt debris removal using our dump trucks, so your driveways would not be blocked for days or weeks with dumpsters. Mostly, permit costs are also included. So you get the whole package without the worry that when we show up we will try to raise the price by providing more expensive options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask to get your address so we could order satellite mapping and measurements for accurate quote generation. This also helps us to prepare a quote that covers only as much materials as you need and we do not charge you too much. We prepare several quotes for few different products and warranty options to choose from. Than we ask to meet with you so we could present those quotes, brochures and samples to you and be able to answer your questions and concerns. After the meeting we step back allowing you time and space to make your decision. We dislike pressing any pressure on our customer realizing the roof replacement is a major home improvement and needs to well thought through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family business. every member of our family works in construction for their whole life. My father was a general contractor. His father was a roofer and carpenter. His father was a builder. And so on.. We carry generations of experience. We went through number of rigorous trainings and certification programs. And we keep up with changes in technology, building materials, building codes and manufacturers' requirements for installation.
