Introduction: My life experience and training sets my coaching apart. I have ten years of active coaching experiences plus 26 years of marriage and 23 years of parenting five lives, two of whom were adopted while living in Brazil. I was an expat for ten years. I've traveled to five continents and lived on three. I am able to extrapolate what is needed from my experience in addition to Master Coach training with Dr Martha Beck, Aromatherapy certification, Transcutaneous Acupuncture under Dr Norm Shealy and Heart Math facilitator training. My coaching dives deep into mind/body/spirit connection with practical tools clients use on a daily basis. I love my clients. I take joy in helping them uncover the intrinsic wisdom embodied in their physical, emotional and spiritual selves.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
15 minute complimentary phone conversation Intake Form Depending upon presenting issue, I have a variety of coaching tools and methods to utilize. A minimum of four sessions is recommended. Each client is provided a custom aromatherapy blend.
