Avi-Rose is a remarkably thorough, insightful, and versatile herbalist. The initial questionnaire she provided prompted new insight into my patterns and symptoms before our consultation officially began. Avi-Rose emphasized that any suggestions she made were optional and negotiable, and encouraged me to share reservations and concerns. For example, when I explained my fear that keeping a food diary to identify allergens would trigger body dysphoria, Avi-Rose was completely compassionate and understanding. Together, we found a workaround to increase my awareness of possible allergens without causing further harm. Avi-Rose goes above and beyond in her work. She is open, friendly, empathetic, and intuitive. She is also clear, compassionate, and communicative about her capacities and boundaries. This is an excellent recipe for trust and collaboration!
