Razvan Munteanu Yoga

Introduction: I come from a religious backroung in Romania.I was introduced to yoga by my husband who, years later, supported me in receiveing my certification as yoga instructor. Yoga for me is a way of healing, loving and understanding yourself , and through that state being able to help others in their journey with themselves. Yoga gave me a better relationship with my body, a different point of of loving myself and accepting myself and my body how it is, this is way I teach clotehd or nude sesions. I practice a slow Vinyasa flow with accent on breathing. The sesion beggins with centering and chanting, followed by the assana practice and ending with a meditation.
