- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard clean involves doing a detailed clean of bathrooms, sweep, vacuum and mopping of floors, wiping down and sanitizing services including the kitchen. I often add on services like interior windows, baseboards, oven/stove cleaning and detailed refrigerator cleaning. I am happy to do whatever is desired. It is really up to the customer how much you want done!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to speak with the new customer to find out what their specific cleaning needs and expectations are, so that I can provide exactly what they want. My goal is that the client is completely satisfied and that I provide the exact services that they desire.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with churches and beach rentals, but prefer working with residential families. Helping the busy family have a clean and sanitary place to enjoy their family time is my desire. I understand how hectic life can be and I strive to help relieve some of the burden by assisting you in keeping your home clean.
