- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for our services depends on numerous factors: 1) Is the home vacant? 2) If so, are we staging the entire home, or only the main living areas? ***** 3) If occupied, do we need to bring in any small furniture items to compliment the existing ones? 4) Are we "redesigning" all the rooms or only select rooms? ***** Our costs can range from $500 for a small occupied home that only needs a "redesign", up to $4,000 for a large, vacant home that needs everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we visit the home that needs staging and meet with the Homeowner. We do a walk-through of every room including the front porch and lanai, take photos, and provide a list of DIY Home Enhancement Projects the Owner can perform themselves, whether they hire us or not. This is part of the 2-hour Consultation that costs $100. If the Owner does not want the DIY list, we can strictly offer a quote for our staging services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ann does not have formal interior design training. Most of her work has "sold itself" and much of her business is repeat business. Ann's partner Melanie Ladines has more than 20 years of residential real estate experience in administrative work, the last 10 as a top trainer for Realtors at two very large Brokerage groups in Central Florida.
