The only additional cost will be for parts if any are needed. If for any reason the repair becomes time consuming, you won't have to worry about extra charges. If we have to order parts, there will be no additional charges for the return visit. Lucas showed up to our place the same day we called and right on time. He then explained that there was a recall on our appliance and suggested that we call the company so they would fix it for free, which they did.
Lucas' honesty and professionalism are a true rarity in this society today. We will definitely keep his number on speed dial from now on.

Lucas was awesome! He was quick to get back to us and was very punctual when he committed to a time. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately as he had the necessary parts with him already. I would highly recommend using him if you are in need of appliance repair.
