Heather Antanavica Life Coaching

Introduction: My name is Heather Antanavica and I'm a certified Life Coach and graduate student, studying for my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Upon completing my masters, I will be eligible for licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Right now, I'm a Life Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner. My background is in counseling, teaching, and talent development, and I believe that the skills I've taken from each of these areas have primed me to become a wildly effective Life Coach (and, someday soon, therapist!) At the core of everything I do is the intense drive to help people find and achieve health and happiness through what THEY define as such. Each and everyone of us is packed with unique strengths, goals, and dreams, and those things should be harnessed for greatness. I utilize inherent and learned skills in active listening, empathy, compassion, openness, health & wellness, positive psychology, and organization to take YOUR goals and help you make them your REALITY. These goals can range from becoming a more confident person to landing your dream job or starting a business, to waking up with the healthy energy to tackle your day productively and successfully. YOUR version of success and happiness is what we will focus on. We will develop small, attainable goals that lead up to the big one you've been so eager to accomplish. I take a whole-health approach (mind/body/spirit) to help you understand what might be holding you back and how you can make small changes that turn into whole lifestyle changes. This is the best way for you to stay on track long after we finish our work together. My goal is to teach you the skills that you need to learn to flourish all on your own.
