Introduction: I take a personal interest in each of my clients and design their workouts so they do not get bored, they fit their schedule, and they are fun...but the workouts are also challenging. I also provide nutritional guidance. My goal is to take the guesswork out of my clients' health and fitness. Helping clients be successful, see progress, and meet their goals is the best part of my job. Educating them on how to live a healthier lifestyle and achieve their desired level of fitness is extremely rewarding.

I've been working with Lindsey since September 2016 and it's been a great experience thus far! Right out of the gate, I told her what my goals were for my body and she developed custom workouts that helped me work towards those goals. Alongside that, she doesn't just simply send you the workout but she explains what each exercise focuses on and what the workout set is aiming to accomplish. That helps me because I understand the workout series a lot more. And in addition to all of that, she's completely accessible for any random (stupid) questions I have and has no problem answering them whenever I have, whether it's about the workout, supplements, anything. I'd recommend Lindsey to ANYONE that's serious about their fitness and wants to meet their fitness goals.

    I have a Bachelor's degree in physical education, and I am certified through ACE (American Counsel on Exercise).

    I have worked with both men and women of all ages and ability levels. I've trained clients who want to lose weight, as well as clients who want to gain size and strength, along with various other fitness goals.
