I had another company come out and tell me that I need a new unit. Which, would have cost me thousands. Shockley’s came out and said it was the mother board. Replace it for few hundred.
They got the part order and replaced the next day.
Do you want honesty??? Then, your best choice will be Shockley’s Heat and Air.
