Alex's Complete Tennis Training

Introduction: I'm a USPTA Certified Tennis Teaching Professional and a former Division One collegiate player. My tennis teaching pedagogy is to combine the basic rudiments of the game with technical stroke production and cardiovascular training. I coach all ages--from 5 to 85--and I'm sensitive to the needs of each individual client. My lessons are active, informative, fun, physically rigorous and thorough. My chief conceit is that a student should always be able to see progression in his or her game from lesson to lesson. A lifelong practitioner of health and fitness, in my lessons, I impart the wisdom of a vigilant diet and daily exercise and stress that a healthy lifestyle has a tangible impact on one's game.
