FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I measure the job first, and figure the cost by the square foot, and, or linear foot. Then I figure what the materials will cost, and how much time It will take to do the work. Then I compare the two, and cut off the difference to the customers way. I am very fair with my pricing, and really haven't ever been told that I was to expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call them upon receiving their contact information, and what they are wanting done, and schedule an appointment with them. I meat them wheree they are wanting the work done at, we walk It over and discuss it. Then I go to my vehicle and draw up an estimate/contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, the type of work I do isn't really taught in classrooms. I learned from the people I've worked for. I do have to say the man that taught me how to paint is a Journeyman Painter, and a true professional.
