FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We feel that a consultation with our potential clients will help to determine their needs before we provide exact prices. However, we don't believe that our pricing system is difficult, however, initial quotes are not going to exact. I work based on the needs of the bride/hostess. If they need set up and breakdown, planning, day of coordination, decorations, assistance with budget, hiring vendors or all of the above, we can make a quote based on needs. I am willing to work out a price that is agreeable to both parties. Because we offer many services our fees will vary. Planning and coordination for the entire event can run from $750- $2000. Complete services are based off of the budget of the event. Other services are based on specifics of party/event.We have done day of coordination for as little as $400. However, decorations are based upon items needed, time for set up and staffing to get it all accomplished. We did a huge dounlebaby shower for 300 guests for only $500 because of the budget of our hostesses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know our clients, and want our clients to get to know us. We invite potential clients to meet with a planner and fill out a questionnaire. This helps us determine what decorations, services, level of time and commitment we need to provide for the client. From that meeting we also determine if other services are warranted. After hearing their needs and budget, we provide the couple/hosts with our pricing, work out details, timelines, and schedules. If we all agree then a contract is signed and deposit is accepted.
